Elmo

Fact- Elmo, from Sesame Street, is the only non-human to have testified before Congress. He spoke on behalf of funding for music research and funding in education.

His street is in New York, but Elmo has traveled around the world. Elmo appeared before the Education Appropriations Subcommittee to argue for funding for music research and instruments.
